Elle began her journey with Pear Tree Spa in April 2025 and has quickly become a valued member of the team. Currently training in beauty therapy, she brings a fresh enthusiasm to every treatment she assists with. Affectionately known as “The Queen” of Pear Tree, Shelia is the heart of the spa and the glue that holds the team together. As our Spa Supervisor, she brings years of experience, warmth, and leadership to her role. Before joining Pear Tree Spa, Shelia spent over 20 years working in two of London’s most iconic retail institutions – Harrods and Liberty – where she developed an exceptional eye for customer service, luxury standards, and operational excellence. She ensures that every part of the client journey runs smoothly — from the moment you walk through the door to the time you leave feeling relaxed and recharged. She is loved by clients and staff alike for her caring nature, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
